A bright, open-plan kitchen and dining space with beautiful views of the garden. Fully equipped, perfect for family meals, shared laughter, and long, relaxed evenings around the table.

Sleep & Bathe

Our cosy bedrooms sleep up to 10 people and are calm, comfortable places to retreat to, with fresh cotton sheets, soft lighting, and a real sense of warmth. After a busy day out, kick off your muddy wellies and settle in for a well-earned sleep. A dedicated, enclosed dog room means your furry friends are just as comfortable.

Living Space

The living space is warm, comfortable, and made for slowing down. A place to gather, laugh, and relax together. Sink into soft seating, light the wood-burning stove, and enjoy easy evenings after days spent exploring the farm and countryside.

Family Garden

With a spacious, fully-enclosed and private garden, patio seating, and a raised, accessible deck for outdoor dining and barbecues, outside living here is all about ease. Whether you’re enjoying quiet moments, watching the sun set over the fields, or gathering everyone together, it’s a place to truly unwind.

Play

There’s something here for everyone. From the old stable transformed into a covered play space with ping pong, chalkboards, a sandpit, and playhouse, or the garden’s wooden fort, swings, slide, and enclosed sandpit. Adults, teens, and the wee ones are all catered for. Indoors, board games, books, DVDs, and the snug offer space to play or relax.

The space for our party (including dog) was fantastic. We all had our own bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. We really enjoyed looking out at the cows in the morning, and strolling round the fruit plants, it was all really interesting. Highly recommend and we will certainly return when back again.”
